                                                                  Location of Painite Apartment

Due to the uncontrolled and uncoordinated urban development, unplanned/uncontrolled rural and peri – urban development and uncontrolled rural – urban migration, there had been a high housing deficit in most urbanized areas in Ghana especially at places like Dzorwulu, Accra.

Yaw Addo Development therefore intended to develop a parcel of land as residential apartments at Dzorwulu, located along the Kofi Dzata Street and Botwe Dzorwulu Road in Accra.

Yaw Addo commissioned Messrs. Transtech Consult to undertake the Feasibility Studies and Detailed Engineering Design of the proposed Development.

The project involved Detailed Engineering Studies, Structural Analysis and Design, Electrical designs, mechanical designs, Traffic Impact Assessment and Waste Management.
