Project Description:

                                                                    Location of Seed House

The project involved the detailed Engineering Studies, Design and Construction Supervision of a total area of 1,714m². The building is a 4-storey reinforced concrete frame structure with a ground floor, and three suspended floors.

The services provided by Transtech consult included:

1.  Detailed Engineering design and review based on selected concepts
2.  Preliminary cost plans and estimates based upon the Design
3.  Prepared contract documents which shall include Bills of Quantities, Contract Drawings, Condition of Contract, Specifications and any other documents  to facilitate the project implementation
