A key component of our approach to providing superior value to our clients is to augment our staff with quality suppliers, vendors and partners. Our organization of suppliers provides us with additional strengths that enable us to meet and exceed our clients’ goals and objectives.
As such, we are always looking for new, diverse, and innovative partners to enhance our project teams and strengthen our capabilities for clients’ projects. We search for suppliers in every part of our business, in all our industries and service offerings.
Another key component to our success is our commitment to conducting business ethically, safely, and fairly – and we expect our business partners to do the same. This means following the laws of the countries where we operate, specifically as it relates to anti-corruption compliance, fair business practices, labor conditions, and human rights.
3. Government Contracts
Ready and able to serve government clients.
Delivering our services to Ghana government within an efficient and streamlined approach is a contributing factor to our long-term relationships with them. Today, we are proud to work with agencies including the Department of Urban Roads, Ghana Highway Authority, Ghana Ports and Harbour Authority, as well as the Municipal Assemblies, among others.
We provide our services to government agencies via various contract vehicles and provide structure for the way we manage our contracts, the way we forecast and distribute task order solicitations, and the implementation of tools and processes to enable all of those activities.
